Dr. Surabhi Goyal, Co-founder of Faculty of Corporate Training and Development (FCTD) is a Professor and Corporate Trainer in the area of People Skills and Relationships. She did her Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IMT Ghaziabad in 1991 and majored in Human Resource Management (HRM) & Marketing and subsequently obtained her Doctorate from Allahabad University in 2000.
Dr. Goyal has over 20 years of experience in management education and concurrently held leadership positions in various B-Schools. Dr. Surabhi has successfully led many academic initiatives in the serving institutions and is known for building high performing teams. She has been a great keen writer of case studies and articles which supplement her teaching methodology. In 2012, Dr. Goyal received the ‘Best Professor award by Headlines Today for her interactive, case-based and innovative teaching and training methodology. She has designed and conducted various MDPs for executives on themes like Team Building, Leadership, Understanding Self and Others, Self-Analysis, Goal Setting for organizations namely NTPC, NHPC, CBI, IOCL, SCOPE, MMTC, FCI.
Presently steering a research project on ‘Women bureaucrats in Govt. of India’. She co-leads an initiative called ‘Age-Well’ with an intent to help the senior citizens of the society. Dr. Surabhi Goyal’s specific areas of interest are: Managerial Effectiveness, Developing Inter-personal Skills, Self-Discovery, Time Management, Stress Management, Developing Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Developing Positive Attitude, Emotional intelligence, Value Actualization, Work- Life Balance etc.
